Add profile names for permits in cart of Company Manager

I had a company manager with an issue where the Company Manager tracking multiple permits cannot see the user name of a permit in their cart so when an employee leaves, they don't know what permit to remove from their cart. All you can see is the permit number. 

I noticed that you can see the name on the Company Manager tab check the permit number and then remove that permit number from your cart but it would be easier for someone to see the name in the cart.
