Add rates to Validator

We would love to see the ability to assign a value to validation permits created.
Ideally he could set a value for each permit based on the person issuing the validation.
IE events gets validation permits at $9 each, they issued 384 this month, total invoice = $3456.00

I would think it would be under Manage Administrator Group. We would need to be able to set weekday, evening (after 5 p.m.) and weekend rates and have the system tell the difference.
