[RELEASED] Allow accented characters and non English letters for user import
Both the SFTP managed user import and the manual CSV user importer both do not allow special non English or accented English characters.
For example:
Clémence, François, Maître d'aire
Any of the accented character's will currently cause issued with the import, and entries that contain these special character's will be rejected and added to a failed import list.
Currently, ops-com users have to figure out how to deal with this on their own, whether that be converting them manually, or trying to sanitize the data automatically, either way, pronunciation and recognizability of names is lost during the process, since they will look different without accents, and potentially be missing letters if there was no English equivalent for the special character that was removed.
The request is that special characters and accented names can be imported without issue and will appear as they were imported in ops-com's database.
