Automatically disable overdue violation emails when the violation is awaiting appeal.
Current functionality is to send out emails to all overdue violation holders, via the account's supplied email address. For some users trying to appeal a violation, the appeal process ends up taking enough time to exceed the violation's due date, in which case the user will receive an email warning them of the overdue violation, and the ensuing monetary penalty.
Wishlist functionality would make it so that users that have an open appeal do not get the email for overdue violation. The user would have agreed to forfeiting the early payment discount by undergoing the appeals process, therefore the overdue violation notice is confusing and leads to questions from parkers regarding the due date and weather or not they owe because the violation is under appeal.
