The current "Renewing"/"Not Renewing" labels on permits can be confusing, as it may be interpreted to mean that the permit is set to auto-renew—especially in cases where the user has a subscription/saved credit card on file. This has led to some misunderstanding around what actions need to be taken by the user.
We’re aware that changes like this can impact established workflows for existing clients, so we want to be mindful of how we approach any updates. That said, we recognize the need for clearer language and are actively exploring options.
