Vermont State University is essentially 5 different locations in the state. Each location will have their own devices that might be used by different officers so the idea is they would like to report for analytics any and all violations written on each specific device. He has tried report by officer but it doesn't get device specific. As you know, the ID of the device is recorded with each violation and displays as the first two digits of the ticket number. That ID also has a friendly name assigned to it through Handheld Device setup. Can we use the friendly name as the identifier of the device in the resulting report.
