Correct start times on Temporary permits
Currently when a user requests a temporary permit, the time advances to the next 15-minute marker. Example: If I try to purchase a temporary permit at 12:01 the permit I purchase will not be valid until 12:15. This results in these permits having a 15 minute window where no proof of payment is showing for enforcement, even though the user just purchased a temporary permit as there is no option on the app for them to select the time of actual purchase. Looking to have this corrected so that the permit becomes valid as soon as payment is processed to avoid unnecessary violations
