Eliminate Need to Refresh After Status Change or Before Deleting Vehicles
Context: The "Allow users to delete vehicles" is enabled under System Configuration > System Settings > Vehicles.
When a user toggles a vehicle to Inactive, the change doesn’t appear to take effect right away. When they try to delete a vehicle immediately after making a status change, it will trigger an error, unless the page is hard-refreshed or they navigate away and back again.
Right now, the workaround is:

Use the browser’s refresh button (just reloading the URL doesn’t cut it); or

Switch to a different tab (e.g., Permits) and return to the Vehicles tab.
Once either of those steps is done, the deletion can proceed without error.
