Extend Permit Search Results: show us user type and permit #/type

The only other report we would use that we run twice a year would be a permit report for all our permits that would show us user type and permit #/type.

This helps us change lots to match user types as students move/graduation, etc. each semester.

Right now, we just run permit search per lot and convert to excel.  But, this gets tricky when we get into our large commuter lots and we need to run search’s two ways to make sure we capture everyone.
