Improve Lockers Module: Individual Maps, Locker Rollovers, Collapsible/Nested Building Locker List

Here's a few Lockers Module improvements we think could be beneficial:
1) The ability to add individual map images to each locker area created
2) Rollovers for lockers
3) Implementing a nested, collapsible design for lockers. Add a collapsible feature to the buildings. This would allow users to see only the building names at first, and then when a user expands a building, they would then see its locker areas, which would remain collapsible just as they are now.

    • Add a toggle for permit sharing for standard permits

      It has been requested that we add a setting for standard permits, to allow/disallow all vehicles on the profile to receive the permit, as is available for temp permits. The use case is for boat launch permits, where the policy states that individual's

      Currently the setting for permit sharing of Temp Permits requires "Allow temp permits to be used over 30 days" to be enabled also. It has been requested that we make a change to allow/disallow permit sharing for temp permits under 30 days as well. 1
