Mailing list for NIC letters

Want to be able to generate a list of mailing addresses for the NIC letters in order to create labels (without having to copy/paste from the letters themselves).

An Excel sheet would be sufficient since MailMerge can be used to print labels.

      Currently, violation emails (Violations tab > List overdue: User type) currently go out to anyone that shares the vehicle information. Ideally, there would be a toggle to have the violation email only go out to the Primary Driver or an option to exclude
