Currently, when using the search function in the Incidents module, the name or username associated with an incident report is not displayed in the results. As a result, you have to open each report to confirm who it belongs to. This is particularly inefficient when searching by student or employee number.

Adding a Name/Username column to the results table, or displaying a banner such as "Results for [NAME]" would greatly improve efficiency and usability.
