Option to change ticket wording
The client requested that the line on the ticket that says "Writer" followed by the admin's ID number (e.g. "Writer: 52") be changed so it says "Officer" followed by the admin's display name (e.g. "Officer: Andrew").
We used to display names, and clients requested that we remove them to anonymize the information.
I think a more accurate way to word this request would be "give clients the option to change this if they want to"; it wouldn't have to be the default.
