Support Validation Without Time Fields for Daily Parking

The validation system can be used for daily parking charges, where specific "in" and "out" times aren’t relevant. For partners operating on a per-day basis, these time fields can be unnecessary and even confusing.

It would be helpful to have an option to simplify the validation process by removing or hiding the time fields and displaying only the dates. Ideally, this could be configured as a user- or partner-specific setting rather than a global change, to better support different operational needs.

Adding this flexibility would enhance the user experience for day-based parking partners and streamline the validation setup process.
