Updates to the "Email Users" Communications Filters

Looking to recommend some additional filter options for the internal communications tool.  Based on recent experiences the following items would be helpful.

The ability to specifically email Active Accounts in a particular location.
The ability to segment out "Active Lots" vs "Archived Lots" for anyone that has a long list of lots on their install.

    • Add Toggle for Violation Emails to only send to Primary Driver

      Currently, violation emails (Violations tab > List overdue: User type) currently go out to anyone that shares the vehicle information. Ideally, there would be a toggle to have the violation email only go out to the Primary Driver or an option to exclude
