Viewing local address on profile

You added the local address but I have to click the edit button on their profile to see it. Also, the students don't see it on their dashboard page. It only shows up when they go to their addresses - which most of them don't even look at. 

Is it possible to allow us to see it on their profile page and allow the students to see it on their dashboard alongside their permanent (or Home Mailing) address?

In both places, the addresses need to be clearly marked which address is which - Home Mailing Address vs Address at XYZ - since we mail stuff to the permanent address but determine which permit they get by their local address.
