When people have multiple vehicles with multiple permits, then they sell one of their cars, nobody knows which permit was on the car so we don't know which permit to deactivate. Please add the ability to connect a vehicle to a permit so when we inactivate the vehicle we can also inactivate the permit (or as a bonus, perhaps inactivating a vehicle would pop up the option to also inactivate the permit that is tied to the vehicle.) 

Please note that we do have times when a vehicle would be inactive because they don't typically drive it to campus anymore but we would keep the permit active since they do still own the vehicle.
