We’ve been encountering issues where customers update their credit card details after the rollover has already been processed and then get upset that payment wasn’t taken. Currently, we have no way of seeing when a customer adds or updates their credit card, which makes it difficult to track and explain the situation to them.
There should be a log and display the date/time of when a credit card is added or updated in the account history. This would help us better manage customer concerns and provide clear explanations.
