Deactivated Permits Should Look Different than Active Permits

Deactivated permits should turn red, moved to a different section on the screen, or somehow look different on the User Profile screen. If a person has changed cars and the permit for the old car is deactivated, it looks the same as the active permit. The only way to know that it is deactivated is to click on each permit. It would be helpful if the deactivated permits could be more easily identified.
