WIP - 'Unsubscribe' option for email notifications
Having the user have the option to 'unsubscribe' from all emailed communications. Currently we have no option and have no choice at times but to send a notification to all account holders not just permit holders etc. When we email our registered parking accounts, sometimes this communication also needs to be sent to those who were unable to get a permit and still drive (we are sold out of permits atm), those who use temporary permits and those who occasionally attend our campus and were registered in the past. Currently that number is over 23,000 accounts. Each time I send a mass email, my inbox is then inundated with emails requesting to be 'taken off our mailing list' which leave the only option for us to go into each and every one of these requests and disable their account. We have no way of knowing whether a student at our university has graduated, dropped out etc. or whether an employee is still employed or whether a member still has a membership to our athletic centre or not. Giving the user the option to simply click on a 'unsubscribe' option at the end of each email notification, would free up our inbox each time communications need to be sent and give the user more control as to what they receive.
To give reference, a communication needed to be sent out at 10am about upcoming lot closures and events and I received 200 emails within 3 hours asking to unsubscribe from all emails. This number will grow substantially more and flood my inbox. Therefore, this takes up almost my entire day. Please give users the option to opt out of these communications on their own.

Allow Users to Update Their Own Email Address
Currently, only administrators have the ability to update a user's email address once the account has been created. This can be limiting, especially in scenarios where institutions require users to switch from personal emails to official organization-provided
Eliminate Need to Refresh After Status Change or Before Deleting Vehicles
Context: The "Allow users to delete vehicles" is enabled under System Configuration > System Settings > Vehicles. When a user toggles a vehicle to Inactive, the change doesn’t appear to take effect right away. When they try to delete a vehicle immediately
Add lot option: Online and app users, start time must begin at current time.
When this option is selected, daily parkers who scan the QR code or pay by app cannot select a start time, the start time begins when they pay. This is to encourage customers to find a parking space fist before they pay for parking so they know that they
